HOW THIS CHALLENGE WAS BORN
I designed this 30-Day Challenge based on my own journey of figuring out how to achieve lasting results without giving up my love for food or getting overwhelmed by complicated routines.
A few years ago, I was constantly struggling to find balance—either I was eating healthy but feeling exhausted, or I was working out like crazy and still not seeing the results I wanted. I knew there had to be a better way, one that fit into real life and was sustainable.
So, I started experimenting with simple, balanced meals and effective, low-pressure workouts that actually fit my lifestyle. To my surprise, I began to see amazing changes in my energy, my body, and even my outlook. This challenge is a blend of everything I learned along the way, mixed with the things I wish someone had shared with me at the start!
